Unwelcome is a 15 minute horror / comedy, shot on Super 16 and finished in Dolby 5.1. It was filmed in the Spring of 2004 as Gentry's USC thesis film, and has played at numerous festivals in the US and overseas.

Kara is a young painter who has just moved into a house that doesn’t want her.  Day and night a shadowy presence won’t leave her in peace, but she can’t afford to move. 

Her only choice is to exorcise the ghost by avenging his murder.
